Realtors IQ (realtors-iq.com) is an independent learning site about UAE property, run from Dubai. It is not part of any government body, developer, brokerage or bank. Questions about your data go to hello@realtors-iq.com.

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Profile details you give us: your name and mobile number. If you join as a real estate professional, also your company and licence number.
• Your role: buyer or investor, or agent. It decides what you see on the site.
• Technical data: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time) kept by our hosting provider for security.
• Later, when quizzes launch: your answers, scores and leaderboard name.

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To show the right pages for your role.
• To keep the site safe and stop abuse.
• To contact you about your account, for example a sign-in email.
• To contact you about the site, only if you gave your mobile number for that purpose.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not pass it to developers, brokers, banks or advertisers.

If a future feature lets you send an enquiry to a company, it will only go to the company you choose, and only when you press send.

These services process data for us so the site can run:

• Supabase: accounts and the database.
• Cloudflare: hosting and security.
• Google: only if you choose Sign in with Google. We receive your name and email, not your password.
• An email service: to deliver sign-in emails.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside the UAE. We choose providers with recognised security practices and share only what each one needs.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask first where the law requires it.

We keep your account details while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and sign-in record. Backups may hold copies for a short period before they are overwritten.

You can edit your name, mobile number, company and licence number on your account page.

To see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, email hello@realtors-iq.com from the address on your account. We will reply within 30 days.

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access rules, so that each person can only read their own profile. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not share your sign-in emails with anyone.

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
