Realtors IQ is a free learning site about UAE property, with quizzes, explanations and a leaderboard. It is independent. It is not affiliated with any government body, regulator, developer, brokerage or bank.

Everything on the site is general information to help you learn. It is not legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional.

UAE rules, fees and procedures change. We link to official sources where we can, but we cannot promise every answer is current. Check the official source before you make a decision or sign anything.

• Give accurate details. Agents must give a real licence number.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your role (buyer or agent) is set when you join. Pretending to be a licensed professional is not allowed and can lead to removal.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Please do not:

• cheat, automate answers, or interfere with the leaderboard;
• copy or resell our questions or content in bulk without our written permission;
• attack, overload or try to break into the site;
• post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or use the site to spam others.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Some pages may carry paid placements from companies in the property industry. They will always be labelled. Sponsors cannot change quiz questions, answers or leaderboard results. We are not responsible for a sponsor's products, services or claims, so check them yourself.

The site, its design, questions and explanations belong to Realtors IQ or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning and share links. Official documents we link to belong to their publishers.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, or from it being unavailable.
