Realtors IQ is a free way to learn how UAE property works. You play short quizzes, read plain answers backed by official sources, and see how you compare with others. We built it in Dubai for the two groups who meet in every property deal: the people buying and the people selling.
For buyers and investors

Buying property in the UAE comes with its own rules, fees and paperwork. We turn them into short rounds you can play on your phone.

Where the answers come from
We use official Dubai Land Department, RERA and UAE government pages wherever they exist. Each answer shows its source and the date we last checked it. We re-check them every three months. Answers marked General guidance come from common market practice.
What we are not
Realtors IQ is independent and not affiliated with any government body. We are not a brokerage and we do not give legal or financial advice. For a specific property or contract, speak to a licensed professional.
How we earn
Developers, mortgage providers and brokerages can place clearly marked ads. We ask each advertiser for their permit or licence number and show it on the ad. Playing is free and always will be for players.

Partnering with Realtors IQ
Our players are buyers, investors and agents who choose to learn the UAE market. Partners can show ads in the game and on the feed. When a player sends an enquiry and ticks the consent box, we can pass that enquiry to a relevant partner. We never share details without that consent.
